All sales are final and non-refundable. Replacements or store credit will be offered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly received items.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery if you have any issues or concerns about your product. If you believe your item was damaged during the manufacturing process or while in transit, please submit a support request here. Please include your order number (starting with “#”), a detailed description of the product defects / damage, and pictures of the product you received.

All crowdfunded campaigns end successfully regardless of how many are sold. 🙂
