30 DAY REPRINT OR MONEY BACK

If at any time during the first 30 days of your order you are not happy for any reason. Please contact me and I will offer to either reprint your flag for you at no cost to you or money back your choice.

PRODUCTION

Right now we are currently on a 5 day production schedule. Meaning that while we will do our best to get your flag designed, printed and shipped out to you with in 5 business days after your order. Once in a while it may take 5 days from the time you order. We will keep you posted thru your my account page.

PROCESS

We use a full color imprinting process called dye sublimation. Our process when combined with heat and extreme pressure will dye ink straight to our flags. Making your print permanent.

PRINTING

Our flags are printed using a unique process called sublimation. During this process we use extreme heat and pressure to permanently infuse your print on to your flag making it water proof and and sun proof. Meaning no fade ever. Your flags are printed here in Saginaw, MI

SHIPPING

Our flags are shipped the next business day after they are printed. You will receive tracking information once the labels have been printed. Please remember that it may take up to 24 hours for USPS to receive your label and being publishing tracking updates. Your flags are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail at your choice. Please allow up to 10 days from the time of shipment to receive your flags.
