These items are laser engraved and markings are 100% permanent. We do not use ink or stickers. The engraving is burned into the leather.
These are Iron-On patches, which can be used with a hat heat press (recommended) or a home iron (not recommended)
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
– Please keep in mind that these instructions are only intended as a starting point. Many cheaper heat presses may heat unevenly or not actually heat fully to the temperature reading on the screen. As a result, please use the below directions as a starting point, but expect some trial and error to start. Once you find what works for your specific press, you are set and don’t have to be concerned with it again.
– Peel paper off of back side.
– Cover patch with 1/16″ silicone sheet or something similar (Not 100% necessary but recommended)
– Set Heat Press to 300 degrees, press for 20-30 seconds. Adjust if necessary after checking edges of the patch for peeling after the patch has cooled (IMPORTANT)
– One other pointer is if you’re pressing them onto hats, a lot of cheaper presses are not perfectly fitted to the hat, and as a result leave a bit of air between the bottom plate and the front of the hat. Sometimes that causes creasing or high visibility of the center seam (if your hat has that). This issue is usually solved by folding a cloth as many times as needed and placing it on top of the bottom plate, so that it fills up the “gap” between the bottom plate and the front of the hat.

We do have pre-made shapes and sizing, but feel free to message us if you need any adjustments.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING
1) Choose your Patch Shape and your border type in the drop down menu. See photos for examples of both
2) Select your Leatherette color from the drop down menu. Please see photos for the many different colors available.
2) Upload your design/logo by clicking the Upload Button. We except PNG, AI, SVG, JPEG, and most other standard image format.
3) Enter in how many patches you would like and click Buy Now Button to Checkout.
***Please see below for all information regarding file types/logo requirements.**
** POINTERS **
–Do not use images with shading/gradients. Items that are dark shaded and overlapping will not work well for engraving.
–We WILL accept color logos providing they are not shaded or do not have gradients.

— .AI, .PNG, .PDF, High Quality JPG, .SVG are acceptable. We are not restrictive with file type requirements. We work with nearly all types of files.
— Zoom in on your logo, if it appears blurry and pixelated, please try to find a higher quality image.

— It never hurts to send the logo beforehand and ask. We are happy to help!
— We can work with most images.
— Minor adjustments can be made on our end free of charge.
— Major adjustments/design work/logo rebuilding will need to be handled by a graphic designer (not us)
