Custom Leatherette Patches
Available in 11 different leather colors with adhesive that is heat activated with a hat heat press.

You may order an assortment of patch colors but all artwork must stay the same.
If you would like to get a mix of colors select the “custom mix” in the color selection, drop down.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR LEATHERETTE PATCHES:
Our Leatherette Patches come standard with adhesive backing that is activated with a hat heat press at about 350 Degrees for about 11-20seconds. Please note in personalization options if you would like regular foe stich boarder a black boarder no boarder or stitch holes as well.
How To Heat Press Your Custom Leatherette Patches

HEAT SETTINGS TO APPLY

Temperature: 270f to 320f degrees
Pressure: medium
Time: 10-12 seconds

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS

1. Focus right on the leatherette
2. Cleaning should not be necessary with leatherette products. However
if it is use a small amount of LA Awesome on a microfiber towel or a lint free paper towel.
3. Confirm the position of your artwork by testing on a separate piece
of leatherette or tape a clear piece of plastic onto the item.
4. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides

ARTWORK:

All logos need to be reduced to one color. If you send a multicolored logo, it can delay your order.
Please send your logo to “brandon@nine89.com and include your order number in the subject.
Logos can be ai, eps, psd, pdf, jpeg and bmp formats. We will send you a mockup of your patch with in
24 business hours of your order.

SIZING:

Patches will be no wider than 3″ wide or 2″ tall. Circles and Squares are 2.25″ by 2.25″, and rectangles are generally 3″ wide by 2” tall.

I make every effort possible to ship your custom leather patches with in 2-3 business days of your order. Sometimes how-ever patches can take 5 – 7 business days to complete

Your order will begin production schedule once you have approved your mock-up. Your order may not ship until the end of your expected ship by date we exclude holidays and federal holidays from our production schedule.
